Yippee! My first day of kindergarten is finally here! I get to go to school all day long. I have been waiting for this day forever! Mommy took me to school. Ha! Ha! I found my desk right away. I sit by my new best friend, Nick. He talks a lot, and that makes me laugh. Our teacher is Mrs. S. She has a lot more letters in her name, but no one can say her real name, so we call her Mrs. S. We got to write a very short story today. I'm glad it was short because I only know how to write a few words. Mrs. S. says don't worry about that at all. We'll all be readers and writers before we know it! You know what I liked best about today? EVERYTHING!

耶!上婴幼儿园的第一天终于让我等到了!我能去上一整天学。我等这一天等了好久的!妈咪带我去学校。哈哈!我立刻就找到我的书桌啦。坐在旁边的是我新的好朋友尼克。他非常爱讲话，而且常让我笑到爆。大家的老师是史太太。她的名字有不少字母，但无人能说出她的真实名字，所以大家叫史太太。大家今天写了一篇非常短的故事。我非常高兴它是短短的，由于我只能写几个字母而已。史太太说一点都不需要担忧。所有些人在无声无息中将会成为读者和作家!你了解什么是我今天最喜欢的事吗?每一件事!
